Friday evening, I believe, awaiting G, James and Gina.
We all went to Katie Poppie's first birthday party on Saturday pm.
A lovely party, with all of the family. KP looked lovely in red & white check & B & E had prepared delicious food, home made bread, cakes & savouries.
G took 140 photos!

Today, church, roast pork (left the scrummy sage & onion stuffing in the oven) & anice walk in the sunshine with J, G & Oscar.
Supper by the fire & a little blogging.
And finally, that's it. Over for another year!

Much better but is there anything wrong with the words morning and afternoon? Why shorten them to am and pm? There is still something of the postcard style to your writing!
Glad you all had a good time at the party, sorry we missed it.
Two "cutie pies in the pie shop", as they say in the US & two blondes, for good measure.
I think that they can all be classed as "cute" at this age (see William's Little World)
William, I thought that you were supposed to use abreviations on a blog.
I will change tack & use long, full words.
