Followed by a hearty reward.
Glass of water then run to Bostock's (1.5 miles)
Glass of water then paint a window, clean the entire house with disinfectant & a toothbrush.
Glass of water then a shower & full body treatment.
Picked up by G & whisked off to the Nuffield Hospital for our annual health screenings.
Everything great, just have to drink more water & lose a stone.
Went to the Chinese quarter for a meal & chinese beer, indifferent to the msg & alcohol in my blood.

A stone is quite a lot isn't it? I think you are quite thin these days. Good to hear you are in great health. Use bigger water glasses - that helps.

No, I drank chinese beer, G had some water as well.
I have purchased the fleece because it is cuddly & rather cute.
A stone is a lot, but this one is spread rather ingeniously around my middle, so easy to hump about.
Apparently this is the worst place to have fat, health wise.
Looks wise I would think it is infinitely better than having it on you nose or under your chin...
No, not the whole house with a toothbrush - only the spare room!
