work, work, work - I'd forgotten the constraints.

I have a citizenship course to prepare this week.
I started this morning then went to Kingsbury School to borrow some materials that I had prepared last year.(sneaked in - half term week)
Unfortunately, I binned all resources - Kingsbury no longer has citizenship lessons & I never dreamt that I would need them.
Back to the drawing board!
I collected 4 barrow loads of leaves from the drive & yard - cold & wet forecast for tomorrow - & cooked a very healthy dinner.
Our BUPA reports arrived today.
I am fighting fit apart from overweight (not obese)
A stone to lose.
I shall insist that I remove all clothing before the weighing next year - they can turn off the light.
G has to lose "1/3 of his body weight"
I think that this will require major surgery.
Any suggestions as to which bits he can manage without?

Another photo of J at South Park, as an supplementary!

That skinny white fellow will be me after the weight loss then! I was told to get to 13st (which I havn't been since I was about 15) and thought they were having a laugh to get to 10st from my current 15.3 (max ever 16.12)
Another trip to India and a curry only diet and some exercise in the heat should be good for a stone or so. Don't know what I do after that - tapeworms?? GBN

You need some exotic disease, possibly a flesh eating one to menage that. I think it is probably unreasonable!
I had a medical just after the ironman and was told that I was at the top end of overweight, I think there are some problems with the one size fits all approach to determining ideal wieght.

Body mass index scores are in disrepute following the rugby when most players were rated as morbidly obese. You are in more danger from the worry of having to lose weight. Chill....eat ice, no calories there. jen

I have ordered some tapeworms on the internet, from "Wiggle", along withsome extra small cycling shorts, for afterwards!
We all know aj's secret now - she eats ice.
Do you have cream with that?
